This document sets out the rules and conditions applicable to all reservations made through Antalya Touristic Service. Every guest who completes the reservation process is deemed to have accepted the following terms.
1. Reservation and Confirmation Process
Reservation requests can be submitted via our website, WhatsApp line or call centre.
Every reservation is deemed confirmed when a confirmation message reaches you by e-mail or text message.
The guest is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the reservation form (flight number, date, time, number of passengers, etc.). Antalya Touristic Service cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by incorrect information.
2. Payment Terms
Payments can be made by online credit card, bank transfer or cash (Euro, Dollar, TL) in the vehicle.
VAT, fuel, parking and motorway charges are included in the stated prices (unless otherwise specified).
3. Cancellation and Change Policy
Free Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation time.
Late Cancellation: No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before service or in case of No-Show.
Changes: Date and time change requests are evaluated according to vehicle availability and must be notified 12 hours before service.
4. Meet and Greet & Waiting Times
Airport Meet & Greet: Our driver meets guests at the arrivals terminal exit with a sign bearing their name.
Waiting Time: Free waiting time from aircraft landing is 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. No additional charge for flight delays; however, the guest is expected to inform our operator after the aircraft lands.
Free waiting time for hotel or address pick-ups is 15 minutes.
5. Passenger and Baggage Capacity
The passenger and baggage capacity of the vehicle type selected at the time of booking must not be exceeded. Extra baggage or non-standard items (golf bag, pram, etc.) must be stated at the time of booking.
Child Seat: By law, child seat requests must be stated during booking.
6. Service Liability and Force Majeure
Antalya Touristic Service guarantees that all vehicles are maintained and insured.
Our company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as traffic accidents, road closures, extreme weather conditions. However, maximum effort is made to find alternative solutions in such cases.
Smoking and carrying illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy and Data Security
The personal data you share is used solely for the purpose of performing the service and is protected within the scope of GDPR / applicable data protection laws.
